As a part of our efforts to build an ecosystem that startups can leverage we offer coworking office space for lease in our Los Angeles facilities. We strongly believe that having access to other innovative entrepreneurs, communicating and sharing experience are the best ways to develop and grow. Learning from others, expanding the entrepreneurial passion and building a valuable community are goals that we want to share with the rest of the community.
We offer coworking office space that can fit a dynamic work lifestyle by providing modern, communal workspaces, cubicles and private offices. Our 5,000 square foot facility was just recently built offering collaborative working space with all high tech amenities and features a technology entrepreneur requires.
What do we offer?
* Newly built and furnished building in the heart of Montrose, 10 minutes from downtown LA (North Glendale)
* Both the individual workstations and the private offices come fully furnished with an executive desk and office chair.
* Each workstation and office is fully wired to our 50 megabit WideBand Internet service (WiFi is also available)
* Each workstation and office is fully wired into our state of the art PBX system
* Fully furnished conference room with Large LCD screen is available for use by all tenants
* Kitchen facilities
* Private offices (furnished with 1 desk, but if you would like to put extra desks, there is no additional charge other than the cost of the desk)
* Street parking available. On Premises spots available for additional charge (limited amount available)

Do you have any promotional plans?
For companies just graduating from their first accelerator program or ones who are just strapped for cash, but have revenues coming in the foreseeable future, we can offer 2 months of space at a rate of $50 per month with the commitment to continue for an additional 6 months if your finances allow it.
